Users were dropping off before completing their orders; confused by unclear flows and inconsistent patterns. In a team, I identified the issues with the EagleView’s property report checkout experience and suggested improvements to reduce abandonment, improve clarity, and create a faster, more intuitive path to purchase.
OVERVIEW
EagleView's checkout flow for property reports had multiple usability issues, including difficulties in recalling ordered report types, unclear product labels, unnecessary design elements, inconsistent button styles, and inadequate error prevention and user control.
Working with 4 UX Researchers, we conducted usability testing and gathered user feedback from 6 participants. Our comprehensive report recommended adding informational pop-ups, using clear labels, removing unnecessary elements, standardizing button styles, and enhancing error prevention and user control. These solutions aimed to improve the overall user experience for property owners and contractors.
